Ginko's More to Offer or Kinko's Freedom Flies may be played in either order. You may visit another world to complete Mikuzume's Outfoxed again without waiting two hours first. Ginko & Kinko will spawn repeatedly without Mikuzume spawning if Mikuzume was completed within the past 2 hours on a particular server.
After its completion, you can wait 48 hours at The Heron's Flight (X:34.5, Y:13.0 or another location[1]) for the Namai Elder to spawn, which indicates 
Foxy Lady is up.
