This quest is available after completing [[The Lominsan Envoy]], [[The Ul'dahn Envoy]], or [[The Lominsan Envoy]] depending on your nation. Head back to[[ Ul'dah]] and speak with [[Bartholomew]] on the second floor of [[Ul'dah - Steps of Thal]]. He will tell you that [[Baderon]] needs you, so head back to the [[Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks]] to speak with him and finish the quest.
