Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed again.
Patch 4.2 (2018-01-30): The effect "Increases maximum HP of self and nearby party members by 10% and restores HP by 10%." has been changed to "Restores HP of self and nearby party members by 20% of maximum HP."- Patch 4.11 (2017-10-23): Fixed an issue wherein this action was not recovering the correct amount of HP.
