Acquired in The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos by upgrading Anemos Weapons using a total of 500 Pagos Crystals, 31 Frosted Protean Crystal and 5 Louhi's Ice.

Once you speak with him, he will give you a Kettle to fill with Vitiated Aether. You collect this by slaying monsters and notorious monsters in Pagos. Killing normal monsters only has a chance to yield aether, but killing mutated monsters guarantees it. The Vitiated Aether is not an item, but instead a progress bar, located below the duty panel. Filling one bar increases the yield counter by one, with a maximum capacity of nine bars. Collected aether can then be converted into Frosted Protean Crystals at the Crystal Forge for one crystal per filled bar. These crystals, alongside Louhi's Ice for the final step, are required to upgrade the Anemos Weapons to Pagos Weapons, then to Pagos Weapons +1 and finally into Elemental Weapons.
