Few dungeons and trials require a minimum average item level (iLevel) of gear to enter.
Castrum Meridianum

Castrum Meridianum can be farmed for 100 Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy per run. It is a trash mob heavy 8-man dungeon.
The Praetorium

The Praetorium can be farmed for 100 Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy per run. It is a boss heavy 8-man dungeon.
The Wanderer's Palace

The Wanderer's Palace is a 4-man dungeon that can be farmed for 100 Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy and 30 Allagan Tomestones of Mythology per run. Additionally, iLevel 55 armor along with iLevel 55 weapon can be found here.

The Binding Coil of Bahamut

The Binding Coil of Bahamut is a large 8-man dungeon divided into 5 smaller dungeons called Turns. It is currently the most difficult dungeon in game. Players can acquire iLvl 90 gear from this instance.
